DOC-FEST SHEFFIELD

Doc/Fest brings the international documentary film-makers together to celebrate the art and business of documentary making for five intense days in November. Doc/Fest is a film festival, industry session programme and market place, offering pitching opportunities, controversial discussion panels and in-depth filmmaker masterclasses, as well as a wealth of inspirational documentary films from across the globe.Gala Evening

This event kick started the Cross Over scheme, where 38 participants in the UK were successful enough to have the opportunity of a 7month training course sponsored by skillsetacademy. This is where I began friendships with many people, and have, and will contiune to have memorable times with them all. Unfortunatley, I wasn’t able to capture any of the educational aspects of the course, but I certainly made sure the camera was around for the evening shannanigans!!
